This is a full-service omnichannel call center solution - agents and technology - NOT an answering service.
The shared services model means a pool of professional agents trained to handle all verticals - customer support, patient support, sales including order processing and payments etc.
All of this is available starting at $0.99 per minute, covering both talk time and wrap time, with a monthly minimum of $2,000 USD.
Dedicated Agents
If your call volume is high enough to justify dedicated agents and you want to pay by the minute (instead of hourly), then our portfolio US calls centers offers a volume discount price of $0.075 per minute if you outsource 25 FTE. Contact us to explore options.
