How does the Concierge Client Benefit work?
Each quarter, after you’ve paid your BPO invoices in full, submit your paid software license receipts. If you maintained at least 25 outsourced FTEs with a Portfolio Partner for the full quarter, you’ll be reimbursed up to $110 per outsourced agent license per month for that quarter.
Who reimburses and how long does reimbursement last?
Call Center Concierge manages all reimbursements, which are available at $110 per agent per month for up to 24 months — as long as eligibility criteria and program terms are maintained.
